Zane Berlin was born in San Diego California. He got is first camera when he was seven years old. He started shooting at every opportunity he could get.
Once Zane had hit junior high he could tell you all about F Stops and shutter speeds. He constantly soaked up every bit of photographic knowledge he could from day one. All of his book reports were on famous photographers like Herb Ritz and Ansel Adams.
Once Zane became a freshman in High school he had quite a portfolio on him for someone that didn't even have a drivers license yet. He started shooting senior pictures before he was even a senior. He would shoot all of his older sister's senior friends. That soon snowballed into 3/4 of the seniors at the school. All the way up through his senior year.

Once he graduated from High school he started shooting Models and actors for their head shots and portfolio development. Since then Zane has shot thousands upon thousands of individuals: Models and actors: Professional and aspiring. Toddlers to senior citizens. Every size,shape,look, and ethnicity that you could find on this earth. Zane has worked with them all. He knows how to light and photograph every type of person from the youngest to the oldest to the smallest to the tallest.

Zane is an artistic genious, a visionary. He has expertise in nearly every field of photography and has been quoted as one of the most versatle photographers in North America.The surrealistic images that he produces grace the covers of magazines,billboards, and clothing ads all the way to family mantles, senior picture portfolios and wedding shows.
